Diane G. Huot fell asleep in death on September 22, 2023, at the age of 69, in the comfort of her home in Clermont, FL.  She fought a long, hard battle with dementia but always managed to muster a smile. A true Michigander, she was born to the late Dr. Gilbert B. and Barbara P. Bluhm on May 17, 1954. Diane worked her entire career in customer service and received many awards and accolades for her dedication. Not only was Diane employed full-time, but she was also a Mom who was very involved in her son, Christopher's school life. She was a PTA supporter and Class Parent at Dearborn High School. She would certainly say that Christopher was her biggest reward. She will be forever remembered, loved and missed.

Diane is survived by Michael C. Huot, her loving husband of 47 years; her adored son, Christopher M. Huot and wife, Andrea; her sisters: Brenda, Teresa and Dee; her siblings-in-law: Sandy, Bob, Susan and Michelle and the many friends she acquired throughout the years (too numerous to mention).

In addition to her parents, she was also predeceased by her parents-in-law, Robert L. and Mary C. Huot.
