Diane Marie (Dubnicka) Collins, 68, Clermont, Florida went home to be with the Lord on May 12, 2024. She was born on April 8, 1956, to the late Richard and Dorothy Dubnicka in Cleveland, Ohio. Then as a child, her family relocated to Florida.

Diane loved spending time with her family; especially going to the mountains to relax. She spent most of her leisure time sitting on her porch watching and feeding the birds and many other wildlife. But most of all, Diane loved her family and her dogs. She was the sweetest person. She saw the good in everyone she met and had a heart of gold.

Diane is survived by Ricky Collins, her loving husband of nearly 30 years; her adored son, Nicholas Self, Sr. and wife Katherine; her cherished grandchildren: Nicholas, Jr., Madison and Alexander Self and her precious great grandson Beckett Self; her sisters Debra Ryan and husband Michael and Dorothy Dubnicka- Burkhalter; several nieces, nephews and their families as well as her dog and companion, Arrow.

In addition to her parents, Diane was predeceased by her son, Timothy Self, Jr. and her sisters Doreen Kendall and Daralyn Enfinger.

A Celebration of Diane's Life will be held at a date to be announced. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that grocery/meal/gift cards be sent to Ricky Collins c/o Cremation Choices, 921 S. US Highway 27, Minneola, FL 34715. This will help remove some of the burden at this most difficult time in his life.
