Donald Harry Born Jr., 67, of Leesburg, FL, went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Monday, May 17, 2021. He was born January 16, 1954, in Pittsburgh, PA to Donald Harry Born Sr. and Margaret Katherine (Fischer) Born, both deceased.

He is survived in life by:

His wife of 48 years Linda Ann (Falcione) Born and beloved dog Lulu, of the home.

Linda is the daughter of James C. Falcione and Sarah (Sally) M. (Hunter) Falcione of Jefferson Borough, PA.

Michael Born of Eufaula, OK

Donald Born and wife Elizabeth of Groveland, FL

Emily Harmon and husband David of Clermont, FL

Devoted Pappy to 11 grandchildren:

Donald Tyler Born, Kaelly Born, Madison Born, Kamryn Harmon, David Harmon, Lincoln Born, Brayden Harmon, Easton Born, Alexandra Born, Anniston Born, and Nolan Harmon.

Donald proudly served in the United States Navy. He was a life-long painter and worked every day to provide a wonderful life for his wife and children. He loved his family and always said that family is everything. He had a larger-than-life personality and wore his heart on his sleeve. He loved Disney and going to the parks. He loved eating Chick-fil-A and playing cards, especially bridge. Those that knew him will miss him and his famous homemade chocolate cake. Because of his strong Christian faith, we know that he is pain-free and at peace with Jesus.
