Holly Jean Mowrer, 59, passed away on December 23, 2025, in Howey-in-the-Hills, Florida. She was born on November 8, 1966, in Margate, Florida.

A talented cook, Holly took pride in preparing meals that brought loved ones together. The mountains brought Holly peace and renewal, a place where she found stillness and solace. Country music resonated deeply with her spirit, its heartfelt melodies bringing joy to many of her days.

She is lovingly remembered by her husband, David Mowrer Jr., and their children: Shelby Mowrer and Adam Mowrer. Her family grew to include her son-in-law, Nick Hall, and her cherished grandson, Benjamin Hall. Holly's memory is also held close by those who knew her as a sister and daughter. She was preceded in death by her parents, Evelyn and Raymond Garrett and David Willis; her sister Patricia Medlin; and her brothers: Gary and Mark Sansbury. Their memories remained close to her heart throughout her life.
