John R. Dovidio

John Dovidio, 82, of Clermont, passed away peacefully on March 17, 2026. He was born in Sommerville, MA to the late Gaetano "Gus" and Lillian (Patalano) Dovidio and worked as a Title Examiner for Middlesex County before relocating to Fort Lauderdale, FL in 1991, where he managed a large condominium complex.

John is survived by Dorothy "Dottie" (Giromini) Dovidio, his devoted wife of 55 years; his brother, Richard Dovidio and many loving nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother Robert Dovidio.

John will always be remembered for his sharp wit, his warmth, and his lifelong love of animals.
