Lynn Scott

Lynn (Walker) Scott, age 82, passed away peacefully on May 30, 2026, in Mount Dora, Florida. Born in 1944 in Tacoma, Washington, Lynn lived a rich and fulfilling life marked by adventure, meaningful connections, and a deep love of storytelling. Throughout her life, she embraced opportunities to live and travel abroad, creating a wealth of cherished memories. She found great joy in sharing her experiences, often captivating others with stories that reflected her vibrant spirit and appreciation for history and the world.

Lynn is survived by her daughter, Michelle; her son, Shawn; her sister, Kathryn; four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her beloved mother, Mary F. Cox; her brother, Curt Walker; her sisters, Kathleen S. Young and Marcia E. Gibson and her grandson, Shawn Alan James Jr. 

Lynn will be remembered for her warmth, her adventurous heart, and the lasting impact she made on all who knew and loved her.
