Margarita "Marge" Fuentes Sanchez, of Clermont, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 29, 2025, at the age of 81, after a long-term illness. Born on November 29, 1943, Marge lived a life defined by elegance, resilience, and a bold entrepreneurial spirit.

Marge was the devoted wife of the late Godfrey Sanchez, with whom she shared a life grounded in love, family, and unwavering support. Together, they cultivated a home filled with warmth and a shared commitment to building lasting legacies.

A trailblazer in the real estate industry, Marge was the proud owner of Egram Real Estate, serving the Doctor Phillips area of Orlando, Florida. Known for her integrity, professionalism, and business acumen, she earned the respect and admiration of her peers and clients alike. More than her many accomplishments, Marge will be remembered for her grace, her unwavering strength, and her generous heart. She was a woman who moved through life with purpose and poise, touching countless lives with her kindness and dedication.

Marge cherished her family above all else. She is survived by her loving daughter, Jacki Valenzuela, and remembered by her son, Adrian Sanchez. Her legacy lives on through her granddaughter, Adriana, who knew her as a source of strength, wisdom, and inspiration. She is also survived by her siblings: Maria Leas and husband David and George Fuentes and wife Joann; as well as numerous nephews and nieces. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her three siblings.

She also remained closely connected to extended family across New Mexico, Texas, and Colorado. Marge's life was a testament to the power of determination, cultural pride, and enduring love. She leaves behind a legacy that will continue to inspire those fortunate enough to have known her.
