Marlene (Higdon) Booth, 88, of Groveland, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on June 1, 2024. She was born in Higdon, AL to the late Ernest and Mary (Bates) Higdon. A gentle and caring woman, Marlene will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
She is survived by her children: Morgan and wife Marilyn, Mark and wife Shirley, and Melody and husband Chip and her adored grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by Johnny Booth, her loving and devoted husband of 55 years and her seven siblings.
A Celebration of Marlene's Life will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 15, 2024 at First Baptist Church, 137 E Cherry Street, Groveland, FL 34736.
