Melvin L. Warren

Melvin Lynn Warren, 82, of Leesburg, Florida, passed away peacefully on July 1, 2026, surrounded by his loving family. Born on April 6, 1944, in Holly Springs, Mississippi, Melvin was the son of the late James Grady Warren and Bernice (Joiner) Warren. At a young age, he moved with his family to Memphis, Tennessee, where he spent his childhood and grew into a remarkable young man. He graduated from Central High School in 1964, where he excelled in both football and track, demonstrating the determination and strong work ethic that would define his life.

Melvin dedicated more than 60 years to the medical field, building a career marked by hard work, integrity, and a commitment to helping others. His passion for his profession never wavered, and he remained actively involved in running his company until the time of his passing. His dedication and leadership earned the respect of colleagues, clients, and friends alike.

Outside of work, Melvin embraced life with enthusiasm. He was an avid golfer who enjoyed time on the course, and he found great joy in fishing and boating. Whether spending a day on the water, sharing stories with friends, or enjoying time with loved ones, Melvin appreciated life's simple pleasures and the memories they created.

Above all, Melvin cherished his family. He is survived by his beloved wife of 23 years, Joyce (Fitzpatrick) Warren; his son, Chad Warren and wife Lisa; his stepchildren, Tracy Haupt and husband Sam, Tonia Anderson, Shawn Trealout and wife Jill, and Tiffany Camden and husband Rob; and his nine adored grandchildren, who brought him immense pride and joy.

Melvin will be remembered for his unwavering devotion to his family, his strong work ethic, his generosity, and his love of life. His wisdom, kindness, and gentle presence touched the lives of many and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
