Patricia Lynn (Harris) Lee, 72, of Winter Park, passed away peacefully on September 30, 2024, surrounded by her loved ones. She was born in Munich, Germany to Claudette T. (Spriggs) Boykin and the late David L. Harris. Patricia spent her early years in Washington, D.C. where she attended Calvin Coolidge High School. She moved to Maryland and married her high school sweetheart, Larry Lee. Patricia was dedicated to her career and held various roles throughout her life. She began her professional journey working for the government as a paralegal before moving on to become an administrative assistant for MCI. Always eager to learn and grow, she attended Strayer College to further her education. Later, she became an administrative assistant for Corman Construction Company, where she continued to excel in her field. Her strong work ethic was admired by her colleagues and reflected in everything she did. In her leisure time, Pat was vibrant and creative, finding joy in many activities. As a young adult, she loved roller-skating, dancing and listening to music. She enjoyed attending lively house parties with friends and cherished family gatherings. As a talented crafter, she made macrame and other crafts, and she also had a passion for writing short stories and poems. In her later years, she developed a love for computer games and jigsaw puzzles. One of her proudest moments was having her famous meatloaf recipe featured in a local magazine, a testament to her love of cooking and creativity in the kitchen.
Despite life's challenges, her strength, compassion, and commitment to her family remained steadfast. Her greatest joy in life was spending time with her daughter and grandchildren. Patricia was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend, known for her kindness, strength and unwavering love for her family.
In addition to her mother, Patricia is survived by her daughter Lynette Lee Hijada and husband Gino; her grandchildren: Kathan, Kolby, Kamden, Katriel and Khloe Hijada; her sister Kerri Boykin; her brother Gregory "Tony" Boykin and wife Marie as well as aunts, uncles, nephews, cousins and friends.
