Ruben Rosario, 75, of Eustis, passed away on March 12, 2023. He born in Barceloneta, Puerto Rico to the late Alpidio and Maria (Nunez) Rosario. Ruben went to trade school to become an auto mechanic and it became his life's passion. Not only as employment but in leisure time, he enjoyed restoring vintage cars and selling them to car enthusiasts. He found peace in nature while out on his boat fishing or planting in his garden. His family was his ultimate love and they will all miss him dearly. He is survived by his loving wife, Miriam (Velez); his children: Christian, Gamaliel "Gammy" and his partner Karen Miller and Luz Anderson and husband Newton; his grandchildren: Queisha, Michael, Joey, Cayden, Jeremiah, Little Chris, Texidor and Cristian and his siblings: Migdalia and Saul Rosario. In addition to his parents, Ruben was predeceased by his siblings Alfredo and Carlos Rosario.
Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation on Tuesday, March 21 from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. with a funeral service beginning at 3:00 p.m. at Cremation Choices, 921 S. US Hwy 27, Minneola, FL.
