Tammy Lee (Dishaw) Spencer, 59, of Clermont, formerly of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away at her daughter's home in the early morning of July 8, 2024, after her courageous battle with cancer while under the compassionate care and love of her three children. She was born in Niagara Falls, NY to the late Bonnie and Ernest Dishaw, Jr.  Tammy devoted her career as a nurse aiding people in all walks of life through times of sadness and joy. Her experiences took her through various areas of healthcare: physician's offices, hospitals, nursing homes and even the Department of Corrections. She retired after over thirty years of dedicated service helping others in need.   Tammy enjoyed traveling, beach getaways and anything that involved water. Above all, she loved being Nana and spending time with her family. She is survived by her three children: Jeffrey Paul Licastro Jr., Tabatha Lynn Dillman and Joseph Ernest Licastro; her adored grandchildren: Isabella and Justin Dillman Jr., and Kenzie Licastro and her sister, Tina Berry. A Celebration of Tammy's life will be held privately at Indian Rocks Beach.
