Veronica Pall, 83, of Groveland, Florida, passed away peacefully on September 20, 2025, at Cornerstone Hospice House in Clermont.

Born in the Bronx, New York, Veronica was the daughter of the late James and Georgianna Bergen. A woman of remarkable intellect and drive, she pursued her education with passion earning her MBA from Pace University in Pleasantville, NY, and studying Business Administration at Iona College. She went on to become the Chief Financial Officer of Media Horizons, Inc., where she was deeply respected for her leadership, integrity, and dedication.

On August 6, 1999, Veronica married the love of her life, Stephen Pall. Together, they built a life grounded in partnership, laughter, and love.

Veronica was known not only for her professional accomplishments but also for her warmth, generosity, and quiet strength. She cherished her family deeply and found joy in the relationships she nurtured throughout her life.

She is survived by her beloved husband, Stephen Pall; her nephew, Joseph Nowicki; and her nieces, Elizabeth Scott, Patricia Christopher, Marie Krueger, and Caprena Barbee. Veronica was predeceased by her sister, Agnes Nowicki, and her brother, James Bergen.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Veronica's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, an organization she held close to her heart.

Veronica's life was one of grace, determination, and love. She leaves behind a legacy that will be cherished always.
