Victor DeCambre was born on August 12, 1937 in the beautiful parish of Hanover, Jamaica. He was one of nine siblings. From his early days on the island, Victor radiated kindness and a deep love for life. In 1958, he courageously moved to New York, where he made a life for himself and his family.

Victor was the very definition of a blessing - giving, compassionate, energetic, and always willing to lend a helping hand. He was full of life, and had a love for others - a natural gift for compassion especially for the elderly.

After a life well lived, Victor retired to sunny Clermont, FL where he spent his golden years surrounded by love. On June 10, 2025, he passed away peacefully at home, leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness and unforgettable memories.
